They did so little in this episode there was no time for them to be annoying.This was a beautifully written episode. The scene between Peter and Wendy Scott Carr at the end had my whole family cheering.
Eli is still my favorite character, although David Lee's smiling performance during his grand jury testimony was priceless.

I kept rewinding the part where Kalinda got slapped. It made my kids laugh and I like to hear them laugh.

Awesome episode. Loved the stuff with Eli and of course, when Wendy Scott Carr got hers. Why aren't more people watching this show?

OMG, this episode was so good. So well written. This is probably one of the smartest shows on TV right now. It's so underappreciated, especially in this forum. at Wendy Scott-Carr getting schooled by Will and then Alicia walking out of her testimony. Loved Will presenting the Unicef receipt to her dismay. I also loved the last scene with her and Peter. I hate the Wendy Scott-Carr character with a passion, but Anika Noni Rose was really good in this episode.
I was ROTFL when Kalinda got slapped by Dana. I guess a little Lesbian tryst between them is probably out of the question now? Eli Gold was comedy as usual. His date with Stacie and the whip cream was hilarious.

I couldn't believe how upset Dana got. Like she wouldn't realize she deserved to get played after threatening to get Alicia in trouble if Kalinda didn't work for her.

Although it will be interesting to see if they now go after Alicia for the forged document in that divorce case, if Peter even allows them to do it.

Great episode. I liked seeing Wendy get her ass handed to her.
Loved how Kalinda and Will played it. Genius stuff.
