It seems to me that her weight fluctuates a bit. But most times, she's pretty smokin' (although I also don't think that the dress does much for her in that picture).
After watching a clip of her in the Drew Peterson movie with Rob Lowe, I would love to see it written into Big Bang how she landed the lead role in a crappy TV movie of the week on one of those women's networks.

I think she is a pretty woman but she has an odd body shape. Even going back to 8 Ways she has looked odd to me. She is very thin but has the face and arms of a chubby girl.
It doesn't matter who I thing is sexy, I'm sure whomever I list, there will be people who agree and disagree with me. It is just a matter of opinion. And being that it really doesn't matter.

The dress isn't the most flattering, but I'd still tap that.
The best I've seen her look in the series was in an episode a few seasons ago where she was competing with a hot neighbour that just moved into the building (wish I had a bigger image):

Yeah, you would think they would have done something beyond Cheescake Factory at this point. Kinda silly they haven't. Hell, Joey on Friends even managed to get gigs and his character was just shy of being mentally handicapped.

Can you imagine her on the set and the guys (or even Amy & Bernadette) as her entourage? 
It would be a great excuse for some geek cameos and to get out of the apartment(s) more.
Of course that would go against the CBS sitcom factory rules.
*edit - got it! Have Penny get a gig on a soap. She bugs the guys about coming to visit the set, but they are obviously uninterested. Couple weeks into the gig she tells them she got to make out with some pretty famous guy that came in for a couple episodes as a guest spot. She tells them he starred in some show about bugs in space or something. That cameo...

A rerun I saw last night had her wearing a very short tight dress as well, it was when Leonard was with Priya and Penny was going to go find a heinie to bite (LeVar Burton was on it as well).

Kunal Nayyar was Craig a while back and said he had renegotiated his contract with CBS.
Good for him. I hope Simon Helberg did the same. Their characters are just as important as Penny.
