awesome. That was so fucked up what Victoria said about David to Daniel.
at Emily's reaction when Daniel told her that story. You could see the steam coming from her ears. A little surprised that Victoria's lawyer was working for Emily. But, once he revealed that "Amanda" was related to Charlotte from the DNA test, then it was pretty obvious it had to be him who made the switch.
The back 9 is going to be nuts. I trust Mike Kelley and his writing staff. With the exception of the Tyler nonsense, they have done a pretty damn good job.

I hope the number of comments in this thread are indicative of the reception for Revenge.
It's not the greatest show by any means, but it's a guilty pleasure that's worth my time more than a lot of junk out there.

This entire episode was worth watching for the final minutes when Emily discovered what Victoria told Daniel.
"You sure you still want to be a part of this family?"
"...More than ever."
Glad Amanda is gone and we can stick with the principal cast for the remainder of the season. Hoping for a great ride!

Great episode. The writers are doing solid job portraying Emily as an anti-hero. Layers of conflict with an icy cold topping.
What I really like is that they have fully embraced their soap opera roots. The show isn't trying to be anything else. Even the lazy off key piano in the background reminds me of daytime soaps.
Whoever the DP is on this show should win an Emmy. The depth of field is perfect with out of focus backgrounds and razor sharp subjects. The colors are amazing. This show is shot beautifully.

I suspect the out of focus backrounds may be to disguise the heavy use of green screen. All the houses are sets and the show is primarily filmed indoors in L.A. Only the pilot was filmed on location.
This is easily my favourite new network show of the year. It's just so much fun to watch!

i think the offer to pay for Declan's school is going to be taken back.
I guess Emily/Amanda is going to be cozying up to Charlotte now, and maybe using her as a pawn again Victoria.

Funny thing, I looked back at the Pilot thread and there were only 2 people who hated it.

I'm still shocked people are actually watching this show. I was rooting for this from day 1, but it just seemed like something the normal viewer wouldn't understand and we be gone within 3-4 episode. so glad I was wrong as this has become one of my top 5 shows this year.

This is my favorite new show, too. I eagerly await each new episode.
I have a feeling "Amanda" will be back, at an inopportune moment.
Was that one of the author's videotapes still lying under Jack's bed?

Did I miss something or did Victoria not tell Daniel that she was raped - he just assumed that she was? From this thread it seems that there was a scene of her telling him that and I missed it.

Daniel "Not Too Bright" Grayson took the implication that his mother was raped.
