Your favorite new show of the Fall 2011 Season?
So, we're about halfway through the Fall season. What's your favorite new show?
Revenge for me. I'm loving the twists and turns, and all the soapy fun.
2 Broke Girls and Once Upon a Time are strong second place contenders.

I'm surprised to say this but probably Pan Am. Either that or Grimm. Persons of Interest is good but I'm having a harder time sticking with it each week. I dropped OUaT after the first 3 episodes.

Homeland is my favorite. American Horror Story is next.
I still need to check Persons of Interest. I want to check Once Upon a Time too.

If I had to choose one it would be Homeland. Best new show in years, if you ask me.
Aside from that I'd rank them:
2. American Horror Story
3. Once Upon a Time
4. 2 Broke Girls
5. Suburgatory

1. Revenge - hands down winner. I love that show.
2. New Girl - gets better every week
3. Secret Circle - starting to approach Vampire Diaries-level twists and turns...which is a good thing.

Went with New Girl because we like it the best.
Other TV shows that have been added to the DVR:
Grimm
Once upon a Time
Up All Night
Hell on Wheels
Beavis and Butthead

American Horror Story for me. Bevis & Butthead I watched for about 3 episodes and I lost interest. Two Broke Girls just could not keep my attention for their opener, which is a shame as I love the brown hair girl.

I don't usually add many new shows, but this year I'm watching Once Upon a Time, Pan Am, Person of Interest, and Terra Nova. Once Upon a Time is the only one I really look forward to on a weekly basis.

Homeland is by far the best IMO.
Hell on Wheels is decent.
American Horror Story has just become too much of chore to watch. I have the last 3 or 4 sitting there on my DVR and I can't seem to make myself watch them.

Re: Your favorite new show of the Fall 2011 Season?
This year, I picked up:
Prime Suspect - had to get buzz around a procedural, but Bello sells it for me (at least until its impending cancellation... love the hat)
Person of Interest - Better than I was expecting, but like Prime Suspect, just another procedural, albeit one with Jack Bauer-lite as the lead.
American Horror Story - Solid, but the premise falls apart the longer these people stay in the house.
Terra Nova - losing interest in this one. Nothing really ever happens and when it does, it's all wrapped up nice and neat by the end of the episode. I'll ride it out until the end of the 13 episodes though just to see if it's going anywhere. I expected more excitement from a show with dinosaurs.
Honestly, while I like PS and PoI, I wouldn't miss any of these four shows if they disappeared tomorrow. They're all filler for when I'm caught up on all my other shows(Chuck, Fringe, Community, etc.) I'll have to wait on Homeland to hit DVD, sounds like it's a good one to pick up.

Up All Night premiered ten days after my wife and I had our first baby, a little girl, and that show speaks to me - to us - in ways no entertainment ever has before.

Best drama and best show by a huge margin is: Homeland.
Best new sitcom: New Girl
If not for Homeland: Once Upon A Time
