I must have missed something in the timing. Jane gets kidnapped by the gang. Cho and Wayne lose him after they throw Jane's coat and shoes out the car window. Cho then tracks down Summer who tells him the location of the gang's hideout and he is not only able to arrive a few minutes after Jane but has a full SWAT team with him.

But, that's not the only problem I had. When Jane stole the 2 vials of cocaine from the property room where Tre was checking them in wouldn't Tre have known how many vials he had. He had just finished putting them on his desk and taking inventory. Sure Jane is good at sleight of hand but for it not to be missed is asinine. Besides he could have told Lisbon his plan and she could have gotten the drugs for him out of property, legally.
