Though I know the initial plan was for Mac to be fat and have the others just casually acknowledge it, I'm glad that there's an episode centered around his fatness. Should be good.

This was disappointing, I would have actually enjoyed a hilarious premise showing how Mac got fat.

Yea...it wasn't really a great story of how he got fat.

How do you think they went about it though? Did they shoot all the skinny footage during the break between seasons, before the weight gain? Or maybe he just buzzed the beard up and had one of those spanx for men wife beaters on.

I think it was filmed before the weight gain. Looked to genuine to me.

That was the best part of the episode.

I thought he started to put on the weight while his wife was still pregnant, which she didn't seem to be in the footage.

This part made me laugh really hard. The rest was just so so. I was really expecting a lot more. It is strange to me that The League consistently beats Sunny for laughs every week.

There's so question that the skinny Mac clips had to be filmed prior to him getting fat. Or maybe he has lost the weight and they shot it recently? You could tell it in his face more than anything.

I miss skinny Mac. I thought Fat Mac was going to be hilarious this season but they really haven't done much with it.

A subpar episode to me, although Charlie's dance was great and I loved Dee bringing back the wavy man dance.

Meh. The whole season has been that way. Seriously, The League is SO much funnier - I have actually been saving this season and re-watching their episodes multiple times. I seem to barely make it through an episode of Sunny this season.

What's with the constant Sunny vs. The League comments here? Seems like there's two or three "The League was so much better" comments every week. That's cool if someone thinks The League is funnier, just curious why it's constantly compared. They're pretty different shows, they just happen to air back to back. I don't recall Wilfred vs. Louie comparisons in any of those threads.
