Excellent episode, looking forward to next week's episode more than Walking Dead and Dexter.

I don't know if it's the way he's written or Meaney's performance, but I lose interest whenever Durant comes on screen.

Hopefully the show focuses more on the Swede.

Meaney is giving one of the most shrill performances I have ever seen on television. He ruins almost every scene he is in without question. His caricature would not be out of place on a spoof character the Simpsons would use.

Colm Meaney has always had an annoying cadence to his voice which reminds me of a deaf person trying to speak.

I hated Christopher Heyerdahl on Supernatural but thought he was great as the Swede. And he did a very convincing scandinavian accent.

Never heard of the guy before this show, but he brought it with this performance he's giving as the Swede. That's a hell of a character and performance. He's making them numbas add up.

I'm really liking this show. Look forward to new episodes.

Somehow Meaney just isn't getting on my nerves like his is some of you.

Christopher Heyerdahl is awesome as a quasi regular in the show "Sanctuary"

I'm really enjoying this series.

After losing ted Levine last week I'm pleasantly surprised that they could pull of another awesome character to hate with "The Swede".

With the exception of a couple minor issues (The Indians speaking English, The preacher acknowledging Bohannan's escape to the Swede before he should have known about it) I'm really digging this show. The railroad camp is so grimy and authentic. I love it.

Not enough actors who played villains in Thomas Harris adaptations.

Nice addition with "The Swede" -- lessens concerns of losing Levine in the pilot.

Best I can tell, Brian Cox has never turned down a role. Look for him in upcoming episodes.
