I enjoyed it. I also wish (hope?) they have more of him in Jail using his cunning to get around the prisoners while still saving lives. Very good episode.

If/when he gets out he needs to rescue the prison doctor and offer her a job on his team in order to mentor her. As to the show, sure it was fairly predictable but aren't most of them? You either know where the road goes or it goes so off the track as to strain believability. Sometimes suspending the laws of physics and common sense is a necessity.
