Agreed.
I thought this episode was great and am really enjoying Spader as the CEO and Andy as the boss. Andy feels like a natural replacement for Michael, and the show has retained its heart even after Carrell's departure.

I thought it was another wonderful episode. Spader continues to show that he's actually a smart CEO, and Andy continues to bring the heart. Great start to the season, although it was weird that the Daryl story didn't really go anywhere at the end there.

"I'll run around the parking lot with a donut on my ding dong"... if that's not motivation, I don't know what is

I agree. I'm really liking Andy as the boss, and his dynamic with Jim has been a good one, as well as his dynamic with Dwight. Spader is excellent (SO much better than "Jo"). Good stuff!

I haven't really missed Michael Scott too much. If anything, his absence has almost felt like it has grounded the show just a little bit more.
