I think James Spader has made a seamless transition to the cast.

Agreed.

I thought this episode was great and am really enjoying Spader as the CEO and Andy as the boss. Andy feels like a natural replacement for Michael, and the show has retained its heart even after Carrell's departure.

Good episode. It felt really short though. Andy is doing well as a boss. So far, so good this season.

Re: The Office -- "The Incentive" -- 9/29/11

I thought it was another wonderful episode. Spader continues to show that he's actually a smart CEO, and Andy continues to bring the heart. Great start to the season, although it was weird that the Daryl story didn't really go anywhere at the end there.

I liked this episode a lot. I don't mind no Steve Carrell, sometimes change is good.

I agree. I'm really liking Andy as the boss, and his dynamic with Jim has been a good one, as well as his dynamic with Dwight. Spader is excellent (SO much better than "Jo"). Good stuff!

I loved the look on Kevin's face when Andy took off his pants.

They should not have changed the tattoo at the last minute. What is this Fullhouse?

I haven't really missed Michael Scott too much. If anything, his absence has almost felt like it has grounded the show just a little bit more.

I think it would have been a little too mean spirited to get something horrible tattooed on his ass. I thought it made for a nice ending that Andy actually liked the tattoo.

They should have gave him tribal tattoo on his face.
