Poll is moot... there won't be a redemption challenge until next week after the second person has been there for a day or so.

Yeah, but watching Semhar and Christine compete is going to be watching a turtle race a snail. There will be lots of talking trash followed by the lamest competition ever seen.

I thought last night's episode was entertaining. I wasn't sure what was going down once the voting started. Every shot of little Russell was good for a laugh.

Russell Jr. is one creepy douche. Once again going on about how he is married and acting like that chick is just all over him. She doesn't seem to even know he is alive. What a fucking weirdo. And claiming to be this hardcore Christian makes him even more creepy.
This already has me eager for the reunion special.

Little Russell is a weird dude and he just doesn't seem to get the game right now. Why admit that you put Mikayla's name on the block? He's not long for this game.
And man I loved that Christine called Coach a "temporary player" and then he just went out and got her out of the game right away. I really couldn't stand her. I didn't have a problem with her friend (Stacy?) but she came off as pretty awful at tribal council too.
And really how stupid were they to be in an alliance and not vote for the same person?

Wow. Russell's nephew is proving to be one of the creepiest Survivor contestants ever. We all gave him some benefit of the doubt last week that it might have had a lot to do with the edit, but it's becoming more clear now that it's not the edit. Does he really think that she's even remotely interested in him or would be up for it if he showed interest? Does he think he might really force himself on her against her will or something? I think Coach - and the episode title - hit the nail on the head: this guy must have some kind of demons he's battling with. And as someone else said, the Christianity angle added to it makes it even creepier.

I'm half expecting next week for Little Russell to say: "I can see your dirty pillows."

What will happen when Brandon has to spend a few nights on Redemption Island with a female? Hope they have security.
I love how Coach has become the voice of reason. He's playing a great game so far.

Yeah, some odd ducks this season. When Coach seems like the stable one, you know you've got a good crop of crazies.
LOL at Christine. It never occurred to her that just maybe telling one of your tribe members that he's a temporary player could backfire. How moronic can you be? Think it if you want. Say it to someone you trust, if you want. But announcing it before the entire game? Why not just beg to be sent packing and be done with it?

I wonder if they have to keep a cameraman at the RI camp the whole time. Talk about a sucky job.

I wouldn't mind being on redemption island with Mikayla.
And why haven't these players learned to not obviously search for the HII the first day? Once they pick up one you doing that you're going to get voted out.

Well after last weeks episode I thought people were overreacting a bit to Brandon's alleged creepiness. I thought maybe it was creative editing making him look a bit worse than he actually was. I was wrong. Dude is a nutball.

Well, I'm glad we didn't have a recycled challenge this week. Does anyone else miss the separate reward and immunity challenges for teams? We haven't had them in, what, three seasons or so? Did they combine them to save on budget?

I figured they did it to try to show more drama. I miss the reward challenges, too. I liked how things ebbed and flowed then.
