Two good ones in a row but with 3 eps left there doesn't seem to be much of a series resolution in sight, except for Ari.

That was bad. More like a terrible sitcom plot.

Yeah. These episodes fly by so quickly that I just don't know how the next three episodes could possibly be a satisfying end to the entire series. Why on earth wouldn't they just go ahead and do a full 12 episodes? However, that's probably the point. How much you wanna bet the series ends with a cliffhanger and a bunch of unresolved shit, being saved for the movie? I'm gonna be sad when this season ends because you just know it'll be at least 2 or 3 years before any movie materializes, if it even ever does.

I thought this was a good episode. I really don't see how Eric could end up with Sloan now though. Kind of a shame, they were good together and a giant portion of the show was used for their relationship.

REALLY hope Ari ends up with Dana now... writers, don't drop this ball!

Re: Entourage -- "Motherf*cker" -- 8/21/11

Why does HBO have to put episode 7 on HBOGo immediately after episode 6 next week! There is no way I can not watch it, and then having to wait 2 weeks until the finale is going to suck!

Pretty good episode, not too many laughs though. Also hoping that Ari ends up with Dana.

Another "meh" episode. This season - like last, is going nowhere. The whole thing with Dice is dumb and I've learned to hate Ari's wife. This show is a shadow of it's former self... there is no partying and little to no hot chicks to oogle naked in Vince's bed.

Like The Sopranos before it, and Rescue Me currently... just a bunch of storylines in a final season that go nowhere and do nothing. Makes me even happier that Breaking Bad is going out next year.

Re: Entourage -- "Motherf*cker" -- 8/21/11

While I actually enjoyed the seventh season, so far this season has left me feeling "meh" - especially with three episodes left. I feel like they are spending way too much time on "Johnny's Banana's" and random unnecessary (although I liked the Melinda Clarke story) subplots... It just doesn't feel like we are only 90 minutes away from the end of the series. The guys have barely been in the same room together since the season premier...

And once again we have the advertising shoved down our throats with Don Peppe.

Yeah, they've done a good job of making us feel somehow good that Ari's marriage is falling apart. And still way too much Sloan in this episode.

They definitely could have ended this series after 6. 7 was painful to get through and this season hasn't been much better. Episode 4 was the best as it sort of resembled the older shows, but that's been the only highlight. The Dice stuff is just moronic. An out of work celebrity with no leverage, quits a steady, paying gig?

Re: Entourage -- "Motherf*cker" -- 8/21/11

Thankfully the drug nonsense (which totally didn't fit Vince's character at all) seems to be over. But yeah, the Dice/Johnny's Bananas thing is really becoming lame and repetitive. Is it just me or does the guy playing Drama's manager (or whatever he is) always seem like he's pretending to be blind? Something odd about his eyes. With so few episodes this season, it's kind of annoying to have half of each episode devoted to Drama freaking out and Dice being intransigent. Move on with this plot, already!! I almost feel bad for Dice. It's like the director every week tells him, "Just be douchey."

I did enjoy the stuff with Vince being interviewed, and the way the Vanity Fair reporter would get so oddly uncomfortable with his advances was actually pretty funny.

Also enjoyed the Ari/Dana stuff. Can this be it, please, for Mrs. Ari, so we can at least have some credible development on the Dana front? I was actually hoping there would be some fun/partying/dating with Ari maybe hanging out and partying with the boys more, but since Turtle is busy with Avion 2.0, Vince's stories being random or horribly melodramatic, and Drama making those lame appearances at Dice's apartment, and E having awkward phone-calls with Cameo Sloan, I'll take the Dana story as really the best thing going on this season.

This season (and last season, too) just make me want to go back and re-watch seasons 1-3.

^^ Nope. Has there been naked anyone this season?? That was a staple of seasons past. In S4, Vince would have been railing the interview girl within 10 minutes of finishing the interview. Now... he's dissed.

And can someone please get Turtle a cheeseburger? He looks like one of the Olson Twins.

As others have mentioned, it seems really weird that there are only 3 episodes left for this show. There isn't any real momentum pushing the series forward right now. There's almost no urgency to it. Granted, in a way, that's vintage Entourage, but most of the fun is also gone as well. I hope they don't leave a lot of stuff for the planned movie, which we'll probably be watching as a double feature with the long discussed Arrested Development film.

Looking back we've seen this before with other finales. Most recently Scrubs. The whole last season felt like another season until the second to last episode that really set up an ending. And they knocked the finale out of the park.

I'm sure we haven't seen much (or at all nudity) besides that stupid website skin matching program because they gotta think of SpikeTV.

I'm surprised this show doesn't get blasted by women's groups. They make out every woman (famous or not) in Hollywood to be a slut and the wives/fiances to be bitches that want to control the men even after they're seperated/broken up.

E has to grow some balls once in his life. Him and Sloan are broken up and she's in NY. E should've said, "yeah, I fucked her and she's got a much tighter ass than you" and then hung up.

It's refreshing to see Vince get rejected by a woman. I hope to fuck they don't do the cliche'd "he tried so hard and really cares for her - so she fell for him" bullshit.
