They've basically described werewolves/panthers as shifters that can only change into one type of animal. So it would seem like she would have to be one or the other depending on what ability she manifests.

I remember Lafayette saw the ghost in the kitchen singing to the kid. But I don't remember him telling the mom and dad about her. Did I miss that? How did they know about her? He had to of told them, right?

This was my favorite episode of the season so far minus Eric/Sookie's venture into the snowy forest, which was more icky and gooey than any of the slain vampires.
@ Andy on all fours wanting to lap up some dead Beulah Carter. Poor guy...he doesn't even have Jason to help him thru his vampire blood vial addiction.
Lafayette only utters two or three expletive lines and he still manages to come out a winner prancing around in a do-rag in this hour.
