Don’t forget, the finale is this Sunday with the reunion following.

Eight choices!! One thing I like about having this many possibilities going into the last episode is that there aren’t a ton of people back at the ponderosa bitching and moaning about getting kicked out, talking about who they do/don’t want to win. Personally, I’d love for poor dumb Grant to worm his way back into the game.

Predictions:
- Matt's face time has been way down the last few episodes, so he isn't the one who comes back from RI
- Whoever comes out of RI is immediately voted off
- Rob, Natalie, Philip final three
- Rob wins due to getting the Zapatera vote

^ ^ ^ Those have been the consensus picks for the last 8 weeks or so, and there hasn't been anything that's happened to alter the scenario.

If it does play out this way, this will go down as the dullest Survivor season. Or at least the most predictable.

Thats 1 thing that would genuinely shock me.

As vitriolically as Probst has been attacking them in the press I doubt that would be the case if they voted as a block for his mancrush Boston Rob.

If Rob makes f3 my guess is the Zaps votes are split and it comes down to his ex tribemates

Hopefully Rob wins to show all future contestants how you absolutely control a game...then hopefully ALL future contestants try to do what he did so the show doesn't feel stale for a third season in a row. I also hope that redemption island disappears forever...it sucks.

If they start the Phillip is a nut schtick yet again to start the show, and have some "maybe we should vote him out" discussion they might as well just hand the million dollar check to Rob and just get right to the reunion show.

Other than Matt being taken out the 2nd time, EVERY vote after the merge has been predictable before the show even started with maybe the exception of the exact order the Zapateras got picked off. At this point none of the Ometepe folks really deserve to win other than Rob because they all basically have done nothing and are dumb as rocks... in fact Rob should just bring a couple of rocks to the final jury decision, hold them up and tell the jury the rocks in his hand have had as much of an impact on the game as the people sitting next to him and that should be the only argument he needs to make.

The only drama will be if someone other than Phil, Nat or Rob win the final challenge (in which case the remaining contestants will still likely be too stupid to take Rob out and Nat will be shocked to find out she got blindsided) I hope the last challenge is an endurance one (aren't they usually endurance/balance challenges at the end?), but it would be fitting if it was something stupid like Survivor shuffleboard or a puzzle.

As long a girl doesn't win, I'm good with any of those left.

I'd love to see Grant come from behind and get into the F3 though.

Finally watched Wednesday's episode tonight.

I think Rob pretty much has it in the bag unless a major disaster happens in the 2 hour finale. He did the right thing getting rid of Grant.

I think this is the 1st season coming into the 2 hour finale that I'm not "rooting" for anyone in particular to win it. I like Rob, but he's so overexposed. I hope this is the last time we'll hear his name or any previous Survivor contestant for a very long time.

Russell would probably show up for anything that gets him attention, including the grand opening of a hot dog stand on Route 49. Of course, he'd expect to get paid for his celebrity status. I wonder if they'll show him crying into his hat. FWIW, I thought he got robbed the first season he was on, but I lost any sympathy for him when he failed to learn how to play any kind of social game.

As far as never hearing from any previous Survivor contestants again, does anyone really think we've heard the last of Phillip after tonight? Evidently the producers feel that "He's gold, Jerry...Gold!". Then again, they might have just been desperate to find any kind of personality this season.

Here's hoping they will spice up the reunion show with a cage match between Russell & Ralph. Or a mud wrestling match featuring Ashley & Natalie Vs. Krista & Andrea. Stephanie could jump in later as a wild card.

I really can't see a scenario where Rob doesn't make the final 3. He plays the HII during the first TC and presumably the person from RI goes home. Even if the girls target him in the next vote there's no way Phil flips, and if it comes down to a revote (2-2), Natalie would puss out and vote with Rob.

I'm surprised no one else voted Natalie. I think the zaps are going to hold Rob responsible for the actions of his tribe since he was the one in charge.
