I had a really hard time sitting through this episode. It's the first time I wanted to fast forward to just the performances.

They are making a caricature out of Sue and with Teri along full time next year, this may be where a backlash starts.

I really didn't care for this episode. Does anyone else find Becky annoying?

I think Terri should be written off the show. I love the actress but the character Terri has been dragged out.

Funny, I didn't care for the performances at all. Boring.

Re: Glee -- "A Night of Neglect" -- 4/19/11

I'll probably ride it out for the rest of the season, but Glee has had a huge drop in quality from the first season to the second. I found myself skipping through both performances and parts of the rest of the show. Why were all the performances solos? It seems like they used to do great songs featuring several singers and a capella components. Who cares about Paltrow? Sue used to be entertaining, but now she's just a caricature. How many times due we need to see Kurt face off with the gay bully? The writers and producers just seem totally lost this year.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that next week is when alot of people here bail
Spoiler:
its 90 min long, its called 'Born This Way' (after the lady gaga song of the same name) and will deal with alot of gay issues (including Brit and Santana)

I didn't like this episode, except for Paltrow leaving. I really don't like her or her character so hopefully she's gone for good.

I agree, I find the whole thing with Kurt and Karofsky to be dragged out too much and annoying. We all get that Ryan Murphy had to base a character on himself, but I find Kurt to be forced and overused at times. I think overall Chris Colfer is most overrated cast member on Glee.

I agree there has been a huge drop in quality from last season. One of the biggest issues with Glee, is that it seems the writers don't work together to establish consistency and the writing staff is Glee is very small compared to other broadcast shows which 7 or 8 writers.

If they don't like Gay storylines, this is the wrong show to be watching.

Wow, A 70-minute episode of second season Glee focusing on the Kurt storyline...

Next week sounds like hell on Earth.

Lackluster musical numbers, annoying Mercedes story line, the hecklers, the return of Teri. Just a poor episode all around.

Just the opposite, I don't think I got through more then a minute of any of the performances. The whole thing was really hard for me to get through.

Re: Glee -- "A Night of Neglect" -- 4/19/11

This show is completely off the rails.

Why isn't Sue in jail, or at least fired. They don't even mention that she PUNCHED THE FIRST LADY OF OHIO IN THE FACE.

Doesn't anybody on the glee club, or in the band, or in the crew, or in the GIANT CHURCH CHOIR have any friends or family that could go to the benefit?

I love how Kurt is in the school for less than one minute, on the weekend, and they still find time for the bully to show up and confront him.

Begrudgingly, I have to agree with most of the comments. I love the show, but this was probably the first episode I've been happy to see end.

Besides the the early number by the girl from the other glee club, this episode was pertty stinky.

Yep, bad episode.

Glee kids have no parents? And $250 is "a lot" of money between 4 people who have stylish clothes?

That is because closeted gay men have no social life. They can't go out with girls, they can't go out with guys, so all they have left is to haunt the school and try to ensnare people, like Rumpelstiltskin.

I have a feeling if Kurt went to Indochina Karofsky would be hidin' in a bowl of rice waitin' to pop out.
