Well boob size does fluctuate with weight gain/loss. She looks like a C in that Playboy pic from ten years ago. She gained like 40-50 pounds since then so I could understand them getting fuller, going up a size. But that pic seems to indicate augmentation has been done.

My wife has "enhanced" boobs (I hate the term fake since they are anything but) and they look extremely natural. Actually I wish they sat up a little more like so many enhanced ones do.

Boob jobs are getter better and better each day and if you have a surgeon that knows what they are doing, the girl has some boobs to work with in the first place, and they don't go too huge, you would be surprised at how many you would likely have trouble knowing if they are enhanced or not.
