I meant to. Was it interesting? I'm big into cooking so the science aspect might be both cool and helpful to know if I'm understanding the show's concept correctly.

I was impressed they kept some of his failed attempt/ideas in the show. Not a bad show, much better than I expected. Although, to be fair I never hated Marcel on Top Chef as much as everyone else seemed to. I actually thought he was the *least* douchey person in the final four of his season.
