In case you don't own the DVD's of Smallville and want to re-visit the Pilot, The CW is re-airing it on Friday April 8th.

I can maybe buy Chloe being mistaken for an FBI agent. But Oliver "I Am A Well Known Public Figure Billionaire That Outted Himself As A Masked Crimefighter" Queen? Seriously?

I rather Clark did not act like a dork, I prefer how Clark has been acting.

I have to agree with that. I was hoping Clark would have been more straigh laced (like we saw him in the future and how he's portrayed in the comics). Clark being "average" doesn't quite work but I liked the he finally wore the glasses. Hopefully his "mild mannered" persona is a work in progress.

The Chloe and Oliver storyline was such a blatant rip-off of Date Night. But, I did find it compelling as it gave them a chance to work out their relationship issues. I also enjoyed that it tied into the Dark Seid arc that was introduced early on, but never really addressed until now. The little reveal about Oliver at the end was a neat twist.
Yeah I think Clark tranforming into mild mannered clutsy Clark with the glasses is a work in progress. But, I do appreciate that we finally get to see the Clark Kent look from the comics and movies.

I liked the scene with Clark and the police photographer, then Clark's eye zooming and auto-focusing at the forensics morgue.

Odd question, any of you guys know the kind of shades Oliver wore in the last episode?

Good episode. I agree that it was good to have the Dark Seid arc back since it's been missing since the "Luthor" episode with Tess at Granny's place.
I do feel like the show has a bit more pep since Chloe came back. Probably a function of Oliver being happy instead of moping around in the background.
How is Lois giving Clark a lecture when she has a model church with superhero figures in it sitting on her desk?!
I didn't like the bumble Clark either. I get he needs to be different than his normal self, but that's just a step backwards. I did like the way he positioned his glasses though. Seemed like a good nod to Reeve's character.
