Best TV Character Alter-Ego
Watching Parks and Rec tonight made me not only think how funny that Chris Pratt's "Burt Macklin, FBI" returned, and Megan Mullally's "Anastasia Beaverhausen" from Will and Grace never failed to make me laugh too.
And then I caught up on Modern Family, which brought back Ty Burrell's "Clive Bixby" character, which is another fav.
What are some of your favorite tv character alter-egos?

Re: Best TV Character Alter-Ego

Recently, Burt Macklin tops my list. Another one that is current would be Butters as Professor Chaos.
If you want to go a little farther back, then all of the Seinfeld alter-egos were great. I also loved Dale Gribble's Rusty Shackelford.
EDIT: Charlie Goose, don't forget Dr. Martin van Nostrand. Also, I think it's Kel Varnsen; I remember thinking originally it was Kal (a reference to Jerry's love for Superman), but I'm pretty sure it turned out to be Kel.
