watching now and thinking the same
they go out of their way to make it look like they have skills but then when it comes time to actually do some killing they are super sloppy
that sniper shot at the beginning must have been luck

Wasn't really feeling this ep. The villains weren't very interesting, and all the scenes with Cape's son are a drag. I did like Orwell rocking the off-the-shoulder 80s look, though .

Was Hicks that kid from The Nanny? Does NBC have them on contract for bit parts? The sister was in Heroes last year.

According to IMDB, Hicks was played by Chad Lindberg. I don't see The Nanny anywhere on his list of credits. The Nanny ran on CBS anyways.

I recognized him as Ash from Supernatural. The weird supersmart guy that hung out at teh roadhouse with Jo and Ellen, as well as Jesse from The Fast and the Furious. The mechanic guy that drove the white Jetta, that Frankie Munoz bought, and lsot the race to the asian dude, then kept driving around the track.
