Anybody else having problems with NBC on demand with Comcast? None of the new shows that aired in January are showing on Demand yet on Comcast. The last episodes of the Thursday night line up are all the Christmas episodes-none of the new stuff yet. No Harry's Law, no The Cape. Shoot, not even new episodes of Minute to Win It yet.

New episodes from the other networks are showing up just fine. And I noticed this soon after the merger. Does this have anything to do with the merger? Has anybody else noticed this with Comcast?

OK, seriously...not one person out there with Comcast can check their On Demand shows? Come on, help a fellow poster out!

I'm in Jacksonville, FL and have this weeks Community, 30 Rock, Outsourced, The Office, Minute to Win It and all episodes of The Cape (4) and Harry's Law (2) available on Comcast HD on Demand (SD as well).

Dammit, I was hoping it wasn't on there yet.

I called about it last night to ask why they weren't showing...I thought it had to do with the merger...and they said they should be on there. The reset my box and that didn't work. They sent a tech out.

Long story short...tech does the same thing the operator did last night (have the box reset/firmware update) and still no go. He says that they show they should be on there and they could tell my neighbor has them.

He wanted to swap the box, but I was reluctant. 1) I have a lot of stuff on there to watch yet and 2) It took me a long time to find a DVR from them that worked right and I want to hold on to my box like grim death if it records OK.

He couldn't hook a new one up just to see if it would get the those on demand shows and then put the old one back on, either.

I was hoping they were wrong...somehow looking at it wrong and not understanding what I was looking for. And I just can't fathom why a DVR would not get the On Demand shows for one network...other networks have new stuff on there all the time. The tech said they never ran into this problem before.

If it is a local issue, any Kansas City area posters care to check on theirs?

I honestly can't comprehend how this came on suddenly and is a cable box issue? All it's doing is retrieving titles from them and displaying it. Unless they pushed out a firmware update that isn't taking on your box. Is it NBC only?

Yes, NBC only. That's why it's so damn odd. And that's why I am reluctant to let them cart off an otherwise perfectly good DVR after the string of ones that didn't record right.

I live in California and am having the same issues with no newer episodes being available from NBC. So it isn't just you.

I live in Pittsburgh PA. I have 2 Comast boxes and I'm having the same problem with NBC on demand.

I just make sure I record all of NBC shows now. I don't take it for granted they will be On Demand. I got burned by missing the first few episodes of Harry's Law and I am still ticked about that.
