Just to note, Kitchen Nightmares and Kitchen Nightmares US are two completely different beasts. The US one being Foxified (edited) to the max.

I agree with Rich's comment. However, I haven't seen this Food Network show with Irvine. I'll check out an episode though since it sounds like it's similar to the old UK Kitchen Nightmares and not the Fox Oprah (You get a new kitchen, and you get a new kitchen!) approach.
