Synopsis:

Spoiler:
Hank's efforts to strike a conciliatory chord with Becca by taking her to a guitar store run by musician Zakk Wylde fall flat. Later, Hank takes a meeting with an off-the-wall Oscar-winning actor (Rob Lowe) who's set to play him in the film of the novel. At the Runkle house, Marcy is literally becoming sick of Hank, and Hank's effort to pen an apology to Becca takes a bad turn.

Episode 2 of 12

Hopefully more of Sasha Bingham

I like downtrodden Hank. Nice to see that asshole slowly realizing that he's actions have consequences (Even though I'm sure they really won't have in the long run)

Yeah, depressing end last night. Let's see if/how he bounces back...

Also, Californication was recently renewed for a fifth season -- expected to air early 2012.

I still like this show. I'm not sure why, since nothing really interesting has happened since the season 1 finale. Hank's character is just so enjoyable to watch. And the women don't hurt either (except for Runkle's woman, whose name I can't recall ATM, god is she gross and annoying).

This season is going to shake out pretty well I think. I glad that the Mia liason was blown wide open last season finale. The show feels fresher than last season so far.

Yeah that was a really depressing ending, but Hank's letter to Becca was quite poignant.

I liked the beginning of the letter:

"To My Dear Beautiful Daughter, Writing a Letter is a Lost Art like a Handjob" And who the hell still uses a typewriter?

I loved Marcy's dialogue to Karen talking about possibly being preggers and her Va Joo Joo

Good Lord, Sasha Bingham is such a tease.
