Directv DVR Issue

So apparently they did some major download the other night and I noticed yesterday I don't seem to have my local channels in the guide on my HD unit.. I can tune into them just fine, and the programs seem to be recording.. but when you click on the guide, the channels are not there. This isn't a huge problem for right now
... but I have a feeling very shortly, it will become one.
My other two SD Dvr's are just fine, it's just the HD one.
I did a reset... that didn't help.
I was hoping by today it would have been fixed.. but no luck.
I really don't want to call them.. any suggestions?

Re: Directv DVR Issue

Guide Options->Channels you receive
Guide Options->Favorites

One of those (most likely favorites, since you are getting recordings) doesn't have the channels checked. The channels probably got renamed and thus need to be re-added to your favorites.

Re: Directv DVR Issue

Thank you very much Jeremy.

That's what the problem was.
