I'm happy for Katey Sagal. She has done some great work on SOA and it's good that the Globes at least recongized her. Piper Perabo's nomination in the same category as Sagal's is a joke. I tried to watch Covert Affairs but could never get into it. I have never read or heard of the critics praising Perabo. Glenn Close or Connie Britton were more deserving than someone like Perabo. A

Aaron Paul was definitely robbed. Scott Caan isn't a horrible actor but he's not award worthy. Breaking Bad was much more deserving of a best drama nod than The Walking Dead. I like The Walking Dead but the first season was solid but not great.

I have some hope for the Emmys to acknowledge Raising Hope and Community but I have doubts due to Chris Colfer from Glee and the Modern Family actresses. I think Martha Plimpton is a much better comedic actress than Sofia Vergara. Danny Pudi and Garret Dillahunt are both very good comedic actors but I can see them getting robbed by Chris Colfer who isn't a really comedic actor but he is one actor that gets too much praise.

Congrats to Laura Linney, my favourite actress. I think she'll take Best Actress in a Comedy.

That one is almost as funny as Piper Perabo's nom.

As did Men of a Certain Age.

No noms for Scott Bakula, Andre Braugher, or Ray Romano?

What a joke.

(Doubly so for ignoring FNL. Again.)

Check out Perabo's acting in this clip. It is definitely award worthy!
