This show better get at least one more season. I will lose my shit if this gets cancelled before the writers have a chance to wrap everything up.

I am LOVING the human drama dealing with the aftermath of Faux-Livia and Peter.

I thought it was a somewhat weak episode, esp when compared to last week's.
But, perhaps the reanimation stuff will tie in better in the future. Now that she's done with Peter, maybe they'll reanimate Olivia's partner/lover that they killed off early on in season 1. Lol

Well, I really thought the fall season finale would continue the multiverse story and not be a monster-of-the-week ep. And a pretty disappointing one at that. IMO, they should have ended the season last week -- this ep just seems like bolted-on filler.

I really like that they dealt with the Olivia/Peter stuff right up front. And unlike every other show in history, they didn't spend weeks/months of Peter deciding whether to tell her or not and then more months on finding out what she's gonna do. Nope. He told her, she told him she didnt want him anymore. Done. Plus, the way she said 'I don't want you anymore' was so matter or fact, that I dont think she'll be changing her mind anytime soon.
It was incredible how you could see the emotions flow over Olivia's face when Peter told her. Anna Torv needs to get some kind of award for that scene along.
The story was pretty straight forward, but really really disturbing to me for some reason. That girl coming back to life and the way her eyes looked around...i'm still creeped out by it.
The preview for the new batch of eps opened with the most bad ass shot of Olivia, Peter, and Walter walking that I have ever seen. If someone were to put up an HD cap of it that I can turn into a desktop background, I will be your friend forever.

I thought it was a good episode, and it really had you feeling for both Peter and Olivia. Olivia for obvious reasons, but Peter especially since we the viewer saw how determined he was to find Fauxlivia to be sure Olivia was safe.
But the point hit pretty hard, why didn't Peter realize it wasn't her, or at least ask her what was going on and why she was acting differently. I can see how that hurt Olivia, even with Peter's explanation that the change in their relationship was his reasoning behind her acting differently.
Can't wait until Jan.

If I were Peter I'd be so pissed at that dude. First he kills a bunch of people then puts up the ultimate c-block.
What kind of Sprint phone were Peter and Astrid using? That was some effective in show marketing.

I agree that last week's episode was the stronger one to head into a break with, but the emotional stuff in this episode was top notch and extremely heartbreaking. I loved the scene where Olivia told Broyles about alt-broyles family and seeing the look on his face when he realized he was still married etc. Then of course, Olivia breaking down at home and the final scene with her and Peter were among some of the best moments of the show ever.
Intriguing ending with the Observer - didn't care for the freak of the week but everything else was still up to par and I really hope this proves to be the exception to the Friday night death slot on Fox. We shall see.

There was nothing filler about this episode. Fringe is so deep into it's characters now, that MOTW episodes are a matter of focusing heavily on themes rather than moving plot forward. Which is good. It only enhances the Mythology episodes.
This episode had some of the most well done drama of any series.

I also want to go on record to admit that I was totally wrong about Anna Torv. I have in the past dismissed her as a lightweight actress but this season has dramatically (pun intended) proved me wrong. In retrospect, it's clear she was suffering from the burden of playing a Terminator-like emotionless character. That never serves an actor well.

My wife and I both loved it. It was heartbreaking to see Olivia hear about Peter's admission of his feelings for her and in the same moment know that he had unknowingly betrayed her already. Crazy.
