"OMG, i'm screwing an alien"

Thomas or Sophia mentioned that their planet was dying. Sophia mentioned that they do not harm non-threatening civilizations. Perhaps, Thomas gave the signal for the rest of the aliens to come and colonize the planet.

Some would say it's relistic that a young desperate person might do that, but it completely turned me off to the point where at that moment, I never wanted to see her again. We're in a battle here and it helps if the side we're supposed to root for aren't idiots.

Yeah, even for this show, I hated Leila doing that.

Needed more Taylor Cole, well any Taylor Cole actually.

Finally caught up with this and I'm pretty sure this will be the last episode I watch. Either the mysterious stuff needed to be more interesting, or they needed better actors. As is, I don't care about the aliens and their plots, and I only find a couple of the actors compelling.

If anyone still cares, the show will now return on March 7 (instead of February 28) at 8:00 P.M. EST with a two-hour episode.

They should rename it The Non-Event.

If you're in Canada, the show returns a day earlier than in the US -- Sunday March 6th on City.

I caught up on the Event during the break and it was decent. It's weird though, as I watched any given episode it seemed like there was a lot going on-on screen, but at the same time it felt like there wasn't a whole lot going on overall. Just a drawback to watching them back-to-back, I guess.

I can barely remember what happened (thanks for the hiatus!), but I seem to remember entire episodes of pointlessness with 5 minutes at the end of each episode showing something intriguing that is not immediately followed up in the next episode.

So... like Lost, then?

Same here. It seems like forever since this show aired a new episode, and I'm not sure I really care about jumping back into it.

Leila and Sean are running around the U.S. looking for her sister. Leila's Daddy is an alien. Thomas is an alien and a bad one. The President has been going back and forth with Thomas. There your caught up.

You know you will be back next week. They better have a long "Previously on..." opening.

Also, I noticed that NBC On Demand on Directv has all 10 episodes posted for anyone who needs to refresh their memory.

It's pretty sad that the whole series so far can be summed up in four short sentences.
