I like this show, but I don't like the direction it's taking. Seems like it REALLY wants to try and appeal to female viewers, and it is hurting it greatly. This ep. was entertaining, but this was the first time it ever had me rolling my eyes at stuff and thinking "this is stupid." The boss interjected too much, and the new girl, while good eye candy, cannot act for anything. Gurerro is a bad ass, and saddling him with this girl is not a good choice. It's like the times they had Wolverine baby-sit Kitty Pryde in X-Men.

Alright, I just finished watching this.
It was an okay episode even though the action sequences and fight scenes were really entertaining. I like Molly Parker, but the backstory with her character's husband and Chance's past felt a little thin to me. I did like that the episode focused on Chance trying to redeem himself from his dark past.
The parking garage chase/shootout sequence was amazing. Whoever chereographed the assassin jumping from level to level did one hell of a job.
I will agree with all the comments that Mrs. Pucci was beyond annoying in this episode. I think she was a constant nuisance to Winston when he was trying to coordinate the operation with Chance. I like Indira Varma alot and I'm willing to give her character a chance. I'm not as doom and gloom as Rocshemp, so hopefully the writers will find a way to intergrate her into the show in a more subdued level rather than forcing her in.
Janet Montgomery is smoking hot and all, but I thought it was odd how they had Ames be a sidekick to Guerrero this entire episode. That IMO does not work at all.

That was the only thing good about this episode; the rest was very un-human target. Gurrero opening a tab for the girl????? They are crapping all over his character!!

I guess I'm the only one liking the new direction. I like what they are doing with the girls, adding a little bit more drama. Chance redemption at the end wouldn't be that strong without the boss being there and knowing everything. But I know most dissagree with me here.
But yeah, the action sequence in the parking garage was awesome!

Guerrero is a sidekick. Giving a sidekick a sidekick doesn't fucking work. That being said, I think her character does have more potential to provide something substantial to the team versus the billionaire boss just getting in the way. I'm not writing her off yet, but Pucci needs to step back and only appear every 3-4 episodes, if that.

I think almost anyone in the new to the game would geek out at working with the legendary Guerrero.
I dont really think of Guerrero as a sidekick. I prefer to think he is usually doing his own thing but helps Chance out when he needs his specific talents.

I don't think of that girl as Guerrero's sidekick, but more of a protege. It really looks like she enjoys learning from him/working with him.

All total bullshit from how wonderfully the show was handled in season 1.

Watched this with the wife and sister in law last night. The ladies like the inclusion of the women on the team. I am wise enough not to argue with them. We'll keep watching till they cancel the show.

Just caught up with this and at the risk of sounding like an echo...they ruined the show. Whoever had the dumbass idea of hiring an annoying boss who Winston has to explain everything to should be fired.
I guess I could live with the idea of a female pickpocket being added to the "team", but the execution in this episode was just bad. Not to continually repeat myself but when Autumn Reeser recurred last year she and Kelly Leak had better chemistry. This just seems forced. I know she in the supporting cast of another shitty show this year, but still...
I'll stick with it for a while, b/c it WAS such an old fashioned entertaining action show. It really couldn't get any worse than this episode. Right?

If you were a new viewer this season, wouldnt the new boss' questioning Winston help explain how everything works. I am thinking it will get better as we get a few episodes out of the way.

Yet that ground was covered ratherr effortlessly in the previous season without an annoying boss character.

It's just too many characters bumping around into each other. You need Chance (obviously); Winston is home base, and Guerrero is catch all. When you add in the weekly client, which is the idea of the show, what is there left for a "boss" to do besides get in Winston's way. She doesn't need to be on missions (which unfortunately is the direction the show is taking I think).
In fact, I thought there was an arguement for not needing Guerrero every week (he should be in 9-10/13), especially if they use one of the strong recurring characters they developed last year.
