I'm 2 days late and still the first to comment...that's not good.
Although I can hardly blame you guys because there wasn't a whole lot of plot movement in this episode.
I don't know if it's the actor or what, but I just can't connect with Col. Young. At times he can be an ass, like the opening scene with TJ, but I still don't really dislike the character. Scott is similar except where Young is grizzled Scott is just bland. Young just seems really detached. Even with this episode centered around him, when he's talking about his divorce, the burden of command, etc...I'm just not feeling it.
On the plus side I did like the Eli subplot, especially his scenes with Greer. Chloe's scenes weren't bad either, if again lacking in plot movement. I don't know why I continue care about Chloe. I'm not digging the alien storyline and she's not a great actress. Maybe it's just that she's so hot.
I got the feeling after this episode that it was kind of like a bottle episode, except it actually had quite a few FX shots. It probably comes more from the fact that it felt like a viewer could skip this episode and hardly know they missed it.

This was much better than the weird wedding episode that came before it. Obviously I'm still behind and not rushing to catch up.
I agree that I liked the Eli and Greer scenes as well. Funny how I first hated Greer and now he's one of the best characters. I feel sorry for him that he's stuck on this ship full of people.
Awesome for Eli to have somebody else. I'm also glad they didn't take the opportunity to have her use him to get access to the ships systems and report back to her baddie friends.
I did have a thought at the end - if Destiny was causing Young to have the dreams, maybe it's Destiny that is 'talking' to Rush?

None of the action even "occurred".
