Hope this ep is as Tauron-heavy as it sounds. Excited either way!

Good episode. I really like how this show is willing to push the boundaries of science fiction by using more dramatic elements; focusing on religion, corporate business, and the mob. I like the characters, the stories are engaging, and the production values are great.

Eric Stoltz is turning in one incredible performance as Daniel Graystone.

That scene with Sam and the Cylon was awesome. Loved hearing "By your command." Although, how did Sam program the Cylon? Was he just able to figure it out from the schematics?

I actually do enjoy the religious storyline, but I much prefer the Graystone and Tauron storyline.

I didn't think the Cylon's were ready to be used in the field? Seemed to work pretty well without the Vargas chip.

As I guessed a few weeks ago, Caprica has been canceled.

I'm not tremendously upset about this. It was an ambitious show, but it was really all over the place. There were no heroes to root for, as everyone was a self-absorbed mess. Hopefully the season doesn't end in a massive cliff-hanger, or they get a chance to recut some scenes to make it a satisfying series finale.

I really liked this show despite how uneven it could be at times.

It says on Deadline.com the remaining episodes will be pulled from the schedule and will air sometime in early 2011.

I enjoyed the series despite it being a little too overly ambitious at times. It was a good try to Moore, Eick and the rest of the Battlestar Galactica creative team.

I'm sad this is being cancelled. Sure, it was no BSG, but certainly better than half the dreck on TV these days.

I deleted the 1.5 Season episodes off my DVR. I have to much to watch to play catchup with a dead series. Oh well, time to remove SyFy from my DVR box.

They still have Eureka, Warehouse 13 and Haven, which I like alot and now they are developing a new Battlestar prequel. Plus, I still like SGU, even though that's in serious trouble.

But, any show that airs on this network needs at least 1.5M viewers a week to survive and better than 0.4 in the demos and Caprica was at 700K as of last week.

Well, I'd rather see them keep Stargate Universe than this mess of a show. Hopefully Blood and Chrome will ignore this show completely.

Don't get me wrong, this definitely had it's moments, but it just didn't work.

I've never seen any of those shows before. Hell, I still have not even seen BSG.

It's a real shame, especially for a show that manages to snag Esai Morales and Eric Stoltz as your leads and for cable too.

I'm also hoping that SyFy will still stick with SGU.

All I was really trying to say is they have other shows that have done extremely well, especially Eureka and Warehouse 13.

I'm sure they do, I'm just packed with so much stuff already, that I don't have time to play 'catch up' with a show already several Seasons in.

Unfortunate it's being canceled. It's too bad more Battlestar Galactica fans didn't support the show. I just hope we get a Complete Series Set on Blu-ray.

It seems like SyFy did everything it could to kneecap this show... Breaking it up into two halves and airing them a year apart, not showing reruns over the summer, moving the season 1.5 premiere up the schedule and airing it with zero promotion, not releasing it on blu-ray with the DVD, etc.

I must have not been paying close attention, but I didn't realize Sam was gay.

Yeah, it was established pretty early on. It was pretty subtle though, so I could see overlooking it.

And they already are doing another Galactica spinoff.
Won't they ever learn???

They showed Sam's partner in the season 1.0 episodes.

Yeah why wait to air them in early 2011? They should just marathon them on some Saturday instead of those crappy Monster movies they usually air.

So the changing of the name of the station didn't do anything for the crapfest that is SyFy.
How about a Farscape movie?

I'd rather see a Farscape 2.0 series on Showtime or Starz.

Raelee Hill and Gigi Edgley aren't averse to nudity.

I don't understand how he got his hands on a Cylon. He saw the blueprints. Did I miss a scene?
