Good news; I like all three shows. As for Outsourced, the promos made me cringe, but after watching the episodes I don't find the show offensive at all (including the Pilot).

Not to hijack the thread, but I thought the reason Parks & Rec isn't on now is because Amy Poehler is having another kid, and it would have interfered with the middle of the season. If I recall, they had some episodes shot just in case Outsourced died a horrible fiery death, which it seems to have not thus far.

No -- they started shooting P&R like you point out to cover the pregnancy gap. NBC then kicked the show to midseason anyway.

It's NBC's right to do that, and I don't blame them for doing it. By the same token, I have been pissed at them for delaying 30 Rock each of the past two years before this one so I understand the hard core P&R fan being irritated.

Outsourced could still go either way for me, but I will say I found first season P&R to be much worse than this so far. Of course, P&R and I started to get along pretty well in season 2...

Okay, guess I had my facts mixed up... still, it's not like P&R is going to get canceled because of Outsourced, and it will still air eventually. I can wait.

And yes, I wasn't a huge fan of P&R in season 1 either. Outsourced so far for me is take it or leave it, but as long as it's on I'll watch it.

^^ I believe they started shooting Parks season 3 in the Spring to get as many episodes in the can before Amy Poehler had to take her maternity leave in August. Normally scripted shows begin production on their new seasons in June or July or at the latest August if they want to make air by September or October. I read everyone on Parks including all the Producers was pissed when NBC pushed them to midseason.

Outsourced has gotten better since the Pilot. It's not must see TV for me yet, but I am watching it via Hulu every week since I have DVR conflicts in the timeslot.
