I can buy Peter and Walter not noticing Fauxlivia because they're both still wrapped up in their own conflict. But I would think Broyles would notice it sooner since he's known Olivia the longest.

Broyles has only known Olivia a few days more than Peter. When they met he would only call her 'liason'.

They had a previous history before the first episode.

I have a feeling Peter already knows, and maybe Broyles knows by this episode - I might be reading into it too much, but I think the call Broyles made to Peter about where Olivia was might be a hint/start to it (esp. when Peter gives Olivia that smile when she gives him the excuse for not calling).

If they do know, maybe they need to let things play out in order to: 1) find out what the other side is planning with the machine, and 2) buy time in order to find a way/opening to get their Olivia back.

And more importantly:
Walter + Massive Dynamic resources = cows can finally make chocolate milk!

I think at least Astrid already knows. The way she looked at Fauxlivia was a hint, I think.

Women are better at that.

If Fauxlivia's seduction of Peter had panned out, wouldn't he had noticed that the rug doesn't match the drapes?

Alt Olivia is blonde. She dyes her hair.

And it wasn't a particularly good history, so he's probably not going to be the best one to pick up on any differences since their relationship has evolved as the show progressed.

I kind of like the idea of Astrid being the first one to pick up something is amiss with Olivia, just to give her something to do.

Might be cool if, at some point in the future, we find out that Peter, Walter, Astrid, and Broyles have known about the switch for a long time and have just been stringing bOlivia along.

Now that they know that the alternate universe has sent people over, I wouldn't be surprised if this does happen eventually and they use it to their advantage.

Great episode with the best moment being the midget's head exploding! I also liked how Walter was given the stocks for MD.
