It really distracts me that one of the PDs (public defenders in this context) from Raising the Bar is one of the prosecutors on this show.
As a PD myself, if that show was unrealistic wish fulfillment, this goes way farther into the fantasy realm. I admit that's the attraction to the show when I catch it when it's on.

Another great episode last night. A dick prosecutor, good discussion about 'intent,' a smokin' hot con artist chick 
, and the scene with Belushi about to hook up with her and then try to kiss her after she was busted was

I love this show.
Next week with Ackroyd should be great. Also cool to see another SNL alum, Mary Gross with a brief guest spot.
