I have Comcast and just got digital cable this summer.

For basic service, it seems as though all NBC, FX, TBS, TNT, Syfy, History, USA and some CBS shows are on-demand.

Does anyone know if ABC, CBS, CW or FOX will put all or some of their shows on-demand? There are a bunch of conflicts and I can't record everything. So I was trying to record only what was not on-demand.

In Michigan, CBS shows are usually available on demand. ABC and FOX have never been available (I don't watch anything on CW so I can't speak to that).

I live in Nashville and SyFy, NBC, and CBS do put some of the shows on On demand.

I wouldn't hold my breath for any of those MIA networks like ABC. It wasn't until recently that NBC shows were available for free viewing. Normally it was $0.99/$1.99 for SD and HD respectively. CBS does however put most of their shows OnDemand here in Portland.

ABC has an On Demand service on FiOS, and I think Charter Communications, too.

CBS is on demand here. and I swear I want to say CW as well.

I have noticed that CBS has some programs on-demand. I was wondering if all the new stuff will appear there. I've seen new stuff from the ones I mentioned in the first post, but haven't seen any new shows from CBS. The ones I noticed were from last season. However I don't even know if CBS had anything new this summer or not.

I've noticed some CW shows as well, but they are from seasons several years back and are under The WB (One Tree Hill S2, Veronica Mars S2, Jack and Bobby S1, etc). I saw nothing from last year.

I believe earlier this year that had up 24, but it was like $2 a episode.

Two or three ABC shows are usually available during their run. Desperate Housewives and Ugly Betty were on last year and I want to say Grey's was on too. DH will probably be on this year also. I've never seen any Fox or CW shows on demand here.
