Me and wifey are re-watching the entire series on Blu-ray now. We just started the final season last night. Still a great show but like most the quality starts to go down as it goes along. Season 4 is a little iffy at times. I’m not a fan of all the creative decisions but it is what it is. As for what to watch, Josh-da-man has the right order, IMO.

Also, The Plan, Blood & Chrome, and Caprica should probably be viewed after watching the full series.

There are three webisode series, Resistance, Razor, and Face of the Enemy. I am unsure if these are available on streaming platforms. Resistance and Razor were included on the blu-rays, but Face of the Enemy wasn't released on the discs.

Face of the Enemy is one of the things that led to the writers' strike in 2007, and it's become difficult to find. An incomplete version is up on Youtube.

The webisodes should be watched along with the series or after, as they are spoilery.

Razor (both tv movie and webisodes) is best watched between episodes 17 and 18 of season two.

Resistance takes place between seasons two and three.

Face of the Enemy takes place between episodes 11 and 12 of season four.
