They aren't allowed to see in the house because it costs CBS money for those songs to be broadcast. As far as mentioning people's names, that's probably due to those people not signing something that says they won't sue CBS for airing such comments about them from the houseguests inside the Big Brother house.

I always figured that if I got selected BB (not likely) I would make it a point to learn a lot of public domain songs. Mainly I'd be singing a lot of Christmas carols or maybe the Battle Hymn of the Republic.

Also, all clothing has to be cleared before it is worn on-camera. They're particularly careful about T-shirts or hats with brand names or the names of bands, that sort of thing.

Speaking of Brittany, she just won POV so Kristen is history as of Thursday. She's also gets the indignity of having to wear this year's unitard costume for the rest of the week.

Seems like people always get stuck with the stupid outfit at their lowest point in the house... recall Casey's banana and Lydia's unitard last season. (And the classic Put on your unitard, bitch line from Michelle last year.)

Looks like Hayden got "solitary confinement" in the competition. He's currently alone in the have-not room with a solitary confinement sign on the door.

Say what you want about Brittany, but since Monet left she's really started to grow on me.
After a loooonnnnggggg conversation with Kristen where Kristen basically promised her first born, Britt's now on a fishing expedition with Rachel very subtlely trying to get Kathy to be a replacement nominee.
The veto still probably won't be used, but Brittany is at least exploring the options on it. She doesn't really have an alliance in the house (she thinks she has Lane, but, of course, she doesn't until the Brigade breaks up...) and keeping someone who be slavishing devoted to her would be an option. Plus, I can see her wanting a foursome of Kristen, Hayden, Lane and her. The problems with that are of course the Brigade that she doesn't know about and trying to con Rachel into putting up Kathy, which she can only have happen if she manipulates Rachel into thinking it was her idea.

Enzo is the one that surprised me. I expected a much different dude. He is still that same expected stereotype on the surface, but I expected him to be a lot meaner to people behind their backs than I've seen up to this point.

If it's a slow day at work, I'll catch up with the Morty's updates, but it's just so bland and unentertaining. Glad to just check out on a few threads to see if anything of interest occurs.

Is BB ramping up the nude footage this week for Kristen since she'll most likely be going home on Thursday?

No, I think last night she pretty much just said screw it. She's a model so I doubt she's that worried about it. Catching her in the downstairs shower was a little unfair of them. I think they lowered the door this year. There are pictures of Monet above the door as well.

LOL at Rach/Bren keeping Hayden/Kristen. Hope this all pans out and that people will stick to their guns enough to actually go after Rach/Bren.
I kind of feel like Andrew kickstarted the game. BBAD was actually kind of fun to watch tonight with all the side convos and seeing Brit completely launch a subtle attack on Kathy to plant that seed in some folks minds as making sense as a replacement.

Didn't happen.
Rachel wanted Kristen to still go so Brittany was trying to figure out a way to still get Kathy up instead of Lane (she was snowing Rachel trying to let her know she had the votes). She was on her way to talk to Hayden when she got called to the DR for the veto meeting. She says that she tried repeatedly for them to give her more time (live feeds go inactive when she says this), but they wouldn't let her have any to keep working the angles.
I really think Brittany wanted this to happen, but she didn't want Hayden to leave or Lane to get nominated (he would have been safe, but why risk it).
The only way Kristen stays at this point is if someone screws up and outs the Brigade.
