I'm still enjoying it, even though it does appear to be running out of steam.

Ok. That death scene was almost unwatchable. I really like the atmosphere of the show, but some parts of it are absolute stinkers.

If course, I'm probably the only one here still watching it at this point.

I don't even remember the last episode I watched, so I think I'm going to just give up on it.

I really tried but have given up on it too. It just wasn't very engaging. I couldn't stand to hear "magic man" one more time. delete

I'm in til the end, even though the show isn't very good. I do want to see who The Magic Man is.

I am still in also, though with two episodes left I have no clue who the magic man could be or the reasoning behind the kidnappings (if there is even a reason). I am going to guess that the sheriff is the magic man since Big Dave found that pit out where they use to hang out as kids and perhaps the sheriff ran out there, saw the guy had found the pit, cleaned it up and then when to confront Dave and shot him. (Why didn't he just shoot the guy in the leg or something??) It is a weak guess, but I truthfully have no idea who else could be behind it...

Yeah, that is one of the bigger problems for this show. For a supposed whodunit premise, there have been scant clues pointing to anybody as a suspect. With only two episodes left, anybody they choose at this point will almost have to be pulled from thin air.

ABC has pulled the show again. They say the final two episodes will still air on a Saturday in July.

Unlike Persons Unknown which has been pretty entertaining through 2 episodes, this is a really really bad show. Now I can see why ABC delayed this until late April, they knew it was a turkey, but needed to air it since they paid for it.

For TV Producers trying to pitch a future one and done mini arc: This is how you screw it up.

They dropped the ball at the very beginning when the initial incited incident ended up having little to do with the actual main plot of the show. Maybe they were trying to be clever, but it was just odd.

Hopefully they will put them up soon. I know a lot of people didn't like the show but I thought it was decent and would like to see how it ends.

I'll watch the remaining two just to see the end. I don't think I would hang with it if it went longer.

Re: Happy Town -- "Questions and Antlers" -- 06/16/10

I guess I don't see the logic to airing the last two episodes online. If there are only two episodes left why not just air them back to back on the weekend or late at night?

Re: Happy Town -- "Questions and Antlers" -- 06/16/10

I got to say - this episode has some of the worst dialog I've heard in years. One of them, a flashback:

"Hey, what should we do now, TC"
"I don't know, Mike"

Yeah, we get that they are kids, but one is clearly fat and the other is not.

And smelling like cinnamon?

I'm still enjoying the show, but gees...those two guys need to fucking leave Disney already. This would be there third show in three seasons getting canned.

What's funny is that they are opting to air two episodes of The Forgotten on July 3rd instead. At least The Forgotten aired it's last episodes (solving the 'arc') and the two unaired episodes are just random ones.
