The show needs more Beth Littleford.

Re: MTV's The Hard Times of RJ Berger

I think the third episode was the best so far. The musical was hilarious, and taping and subsequent breaking free of R.J.'s junk was great.

Dude in the bedroom was the moment of the episode though. "Good evening young man" is what really sold it.

Re: MTV's The Hard Times of RJ Berger

Another great episode tonight. Standard sitcom formulas to be sure, but they pull them off so well. RJ dressing up as Belloq from Raiders was great, as he kind of looks like a young version of him.

Loved RJ running out of the threesome, though I would have enjoyed trimming the wife's hedges...

I like the show, but RJ's friend is annoying as hell.

The adults in this show are more entertaining than the high school kids.

Good news. I continue to enjoy this show -- the recent episode with the hot babysitter was pretty good too.

That Indian girl was pretty hot. I remember her from a really bad movie, "American Dreamz", and some other forgettable fare.

Yeah, this show is surprisingly funny and it has a nice amount of eye candy. It's like an updated, cracked out Wonder Years.

Re: MTV's The Hard Times of RJ Berger

Just heard about this show. Wish I had caught it from the beginning. Was able to record 2 eps last night off MTV2 and will grab another one off MTV2 tomorrow. Damn funny. Like it more than Glee which I'm also catching re-runs of this summer. Hope they repeat the whole 1st season at some point. The blonde cheerleader is smokin' hot.

Just watched it. Very funny episode - that was the best of the animated endings. That babysitter was smokin' hot and the lingering gratuitous ass shot was much appreciated.

Another solid episode this week. The coach is great in every scene he's in. He could have his own spin-off. Also was good to see Dan Lauria (Mr. Arnold from the Wonder Years) show up a couple episodes back.

Yeah - the Coach is great. Really - all of the adult characters, particularly the parents, are great in this.

at the note she put in RJ's locker.

Good cliffhanger.

I hope they replay the first season at some point. I still need to see the first 6 or so eps.

This show is wrong on so many levels...and I enjoy it all! The end of the episode was so fucked up, but had me dying! (no pun intended)

Yeah, good finale. RJ's dad managed to get off 2 good one-liners during his brief scene (forgot what they were, but laughed at the time).

Looking forward to season 2

He was leaving the hospital and she flat-lined.

Re: MTV's The Hard Times of RJ Berger

I don't understand why they try to portray the main character as such a loser. In the 2 or 3 months this season is supposed to take place in, the character has had the chance to have sex with like 4 different women. Also, what happened to the indian girl? She gave him a handjob and then no mention of her ever again...That is bad writing.
