Re: Never seen a full ep. of Lost, don't want to be spoiled
Okay, is it an ending that makes sense in a good way, as in "man, that was well worth the wait, can't believe I never figured it out," or "man, that was a total and complete waste of time, cant believe they did something so much like something else," (i.e. it was a dream, they're ghosts, they're all machines, it cuts to black, Kevin Spacey is the bad guy,). In retrospect, I loved the Sopranos ending, but was left feeling kind of empty at the time.

Do you really want to know?
I voted disappointed in the poll but I'm in the minority. |

Depends on who you ask and how they watched the show. People who watched weekly and scrutinized every detail probably reacted drastically different than people who marathoned the series in the last few weeks.

I love how he started a thread about not wanting the show to be spoiled for him and now all the thread is, is spoiler tags that he probably doesn't want to click on.

Well, FWIW, it seems like the consensus is
Spoiler:
In short, Abrams and co. didn't know what would be the right ending, so they just didn't do one. Which, if true, means that this should be watched for the parts and not the sum. |

I think you're better off watching the DVD's now. You won't bother yourself with trying to figure out every last detail, you'll just keep watching. If you do that, I think you'll be satisfied with the whole show. |

Don't log onto your computer or read a newspaper.

Of course, there seems to be a thousand other ideas and questions raised throughout the show - many which ended up for interpretation. |
