LOVED that part. "Darryl--You're on Facebook, so STOP telling everyone you're not on Facebook!" And he just hangs his head low.

Eagerly anticipating the maybe-return of Holly. I LOVE her and Michael together!

I also enjoyed Kathy bates' stint on the show, and hopes she comes back at least a couple of times next season.

They pretty much have to bring Holly back after teasing it like that

Agreed on this and HIMYM. Not a bad finale but the whole season, IMO, has been on the weak side. Hopefully they'll end the show well.

Some highlights in the episode were Nick's exit, the dog barking when Jo was yelling speak and all the scenes with Darryl. Although his whistle blowing angle went nowhere so I would have rather seen him mess with Michael in that one scene. Nobody messes with Michael better than Darryl.

Wow, that was the longest 20-something minutes ever. The only laugh was the dog barking when she kept telling Michael to speak. And the whole "Dwight as landlord" plot sounds like a disaster.

It was an okay episode - not many laughs, but at least nothing where the characters behaved ridiculously just to create a plot either. I did like the Holly thing, and agree that the interactions between Jo and Michael made the (Kathy Bates) character much more agreeable than she had been through the rest of the season.

This season was really up-and-down for me. I am in the camp that would like to see the show end next season and go out on a relative high note rather than continue to decline.

I really liked Kathy Bates this episode; she was very much like a mother figure to Michael.

Not very far from her Molly Brown character in Titanic. I had a few laughs this episode and almost everyone had a moment. So Andy is NOT fired?

I liked Micheal saying it hasnt been a blockbuster year for me financially, My Blockbuster stock is down. But loved Kevin Running to his desk, watched again and still cracks me up, Also liked the whole IT guy and Dwight reffering to the orginal IT guy who might of been a terrorist., It was also great hearing Packer on the phone too.

This show is still my favorite show on tv.

Can they really fire someone for 'leaking' something to the press that could put lives in danger? Sure. But the lawsuit Andy could file as well as the bad PR would be far worse.

Depends on the rules of Pennsylvania. In some states you can be fired for any reason the company chooses as long as it's not due to race, sex, creed, age or sexual orientation.

Whistleblowers have protection in PA, at least last I checked.

Agreed. Probably one of my least favorite episodes ever. Just seemed like too much going on.

I'm really excited about the probable return of Holly though. Saw a rerun the other night of when she moved away and it reminded me of how much I loved those two together.

Not a terrible episode, but it wasn't season finale-ish.

Hmmnnn, guess I'm in the minority. I thought it was great precisely because it was quick and furious with jokes and momentum. I mean, that's what we want out of a comedy show, right? Much rather have lots of one-liners and gags than the mired character business. One of my fave eps this season.

first known recording of the "that's what she said" joke, involving Alfred Hitchcock of all people!
