I highly doubt CBS is concerned about the brothers slandering the cowboys since they've gone out of their way to encourage contestants to badmouth each other. It was more likely they didn't want more criticism for not showing contestants' homophobia or racism. I remember all the fuss made about comments on Big Brother that CBS refused to air last year. Don't remember precise details, but if I recall, Jeff went on a racist or homophobic rant, and CBS would not air it.

Or maybe CBS just doesn't want them using their forum to bitch and moan about things that had nothing to do with the Amazing Race while at Amazing Race promotional events. They can say whatever the hell they want when they are not on CBS's time, not that anyone will care enough to listen at that point.

I just find it funny that the interview was posted and your first response was "I'd like to hear what Jet has to say about this." As if he'd just come out and admit it.

I'm not saying I know it happened. I also don't see why they'd just lie about it. We didn't see half the terrible things Carol & Brandy supposedly said to people on the race but that doesn't stop anyone from believing they said them.

And yes, I know, the response to the last sentence will be that Carol & Brandy were bitchy on the show and the Cowboys were perfect gentlemen so it's easier to believe the ladies would say shit that wasn't captured on camera. I just find it funny that no one thinks there's preferential treatment/editing given to certain teams/contestants on these shows.

IMHO, The Dan and Jordan's mother said that Jet said it in front of her. Jet and Cord are country boys but they are media savy and I believe they were raised right. I would not put it past Jet drop a **** bomb to the gay one (I forget which one it is) I just do not believe he would do it in front of their mother.

Finally watched the finale and sad about the cowboys losing. The gay brothers (LOL, I don't know which was gay) did a really douche move with the bag. I don't know why TAR doesn't have rules about cutting lines and while we're at it, stealing cabs from other teams. The cowboys should have cut back. It wouldn't have made a difference in the outcome but that kind of thing pisses me off. The cowboys should have walked right into the one spinning around at LucasArts. The gay boys' attitude was poor in some of the countries and the cab drivers and the BRO stuff just went too far in the end.

Glad that the beauty queen didn't win. We would never hear the end of that one. And I was waiting for the camera to scan to the lesbiens for a reaction shot when the models hit the mat. I didn't expect the bitchfest but it was funny.

Based on my memory, last legs on TAR are usually lame but this season was good.
