Am I the only one still watching this show?
And the worst thing is that I'm starting to like the show.
I screamed when "Penny" kissed the science guy!

It was really forgettable; it wasn't bad in that the dialogue was clunky or cliches were overused but not much really happened. So he stole the ring, big deal; they never showed before that the ring was going to be useful in preventing Jericho from doing another flash-forward or that Mark would have it on.
I'm going to watch it until the end but there's no way they will make it back for a second season, which sucks for fans of sci-fi.

Yeah, I've been thinking about that for the last few episodes. I don't remember why exactly Mark and whats her name split up. It seems like they split up because they thought they were going to anyway or something stupid like that.

wow this show really is lifting stuff directly from lost, first actors, then the apparent oceanic billboard now the title of an episode is course correction?

Just finished a 4 episode marathon including this episode.
I know the interest level in this show has diminished drastically in this forum. However, I think the show has improved alot in the 2nd half of the season.
I totally did not see the double reveal that Janis was a double agent working for the CIA. I actually think Janis has become a fascinating character. I enjoyed the backstory on her these last2 episodes.
I think Bryce (the Dr who had cancer) should forget about Keiko and hit Nicole. Nicole is smoking hot and obviously has the hots for him too considering how much time she spends with him. Now that she's seen the file of Keiko and knows she's the same one from his vision, I assume their "friendship" is already doomed.
I did see it coming that Campos stole the ring to get his sister back after seeing Simcoe input the pass code. It was way too easy for Mark and the FBI to recover her so fast.
^^ To answer an earlier question about Olivia and Simcoe hooking up....Olivia begged Mark a few episodes ago for them to move out of State and get their family out of harms way. Mark said No saying that he had to see this through, So I assume they separated because of it. The reason for it was stupid. Her character pisses me off because she's such a hypocrite for now pursuing a relationship with Simcoe.
I assume they probably already completed production on the show. Here's hoping that they shot episode 22 with some closure to the series. Even though Goyer said they planned a 3 season story arc, with the ratings now barely hovering over 4M viewers and barely over 1.0 in the demos, there is no shot in hell this comes back.
I have to wonder considering the show started off really well, did the storytelling in episodes 2-10 kill the interest in this show? The 1st 10 episodes weren't horrible. Like most of you, I want good storytelling and character development and I think the show did a decent job getting that done. I mean the show is only in it's 1st season. Even though the long break has essentially killed the show, I think episodes 11-19 have been really good with a few minor missteps.
Obviously this show isn't Lost, but I wonder why every new serial drama that has some type of long running mystery arc gets unfairly compared to it.

I haven't tuned in since the break. I actually just deleted every episode I had on the DVR since the show came back and also killed the season pass. I just didn't find myself caring too much after the wait.
I figure as long as a handful of people post their thoughts in the weekly threads, I can keep up on the "story" of the show without having to sit through the 43 minutes every week.

What amazes me is that people can wait 6 seasons on a long running mystery arc show like Lost for the answers they are looking for. But, for a show like FlashForward they can't even wait 22 episodes in the 1st season and give up. I thought they set up the arc well and of course they had to gradually give the answers over the course of the season. I guess I just have a higher patience level. I mean the show isn't perfect and of course there were some bumps in the road. What rookie show doesn't have them?
