Who IS Eric Cartman's Father?
Let's get an idea of what everyone thinks.
If you saw the most recent episode of South Park, you know that they bought back a cliffhanger from the first season, leading into the second: Who is Eric Cartman's father? They concluded the story by stating that Liane Cartman is actually a hermaphrodite, but could not get herself pregnant. They ended the episode by starting to name women of South Park who could be actually be Eric's mother, but Eric said "Forget it!" and we never really knew.
Now, the new story implies that someone originally in that room was indeed Eric Cartman's father. So, who was it?
(And by the way, Jesus and Father Maxi aren't in the running. Even though they were shown as men in the town who Jimbo said could have been with Liane, they were not in the room as Mephisto's DNA candidates ).

How could it be Chef? I know it's Southpark and all but it would be kind of a cop out since he would definitely not be lily white if it really was Chef.

While I like the evidence for Kyle's dad it does leave the small problem that Cartman would still not be considered a Jew as he does not have a Jewish mother. Now though in the original episode they did say that Cartman really had a different mother while Liane was the father, what if Kyle's Mom is Cartman's real mother and that's why Gerald was suspicious in the original episode? Plus Cartman and Sheila seem to have the same body type, could it be their similar genetics? I know in the new episode their talking about the blood being tampered with regarding his father so maybe Liane isn't really the parent at all?

Since they can't/won't show Muhammad, it would be hilarious if they revealed that he was one of the regular characters that we see almost every week, but not reveal which one to the audience.

Cartman is a natural authority-abuser, which says to me only a police officer could be his dad.
