The 2 major guest stars were severely spoiled for me on ABC's LOST Facebook last night, when they posted a poll:
Who are you most looking forward to seeing tomorrow at 9|8c on ABC?
a) Desmond (obv)
(and then the other 2)
I had no idea they were gonna be on until I read that. Bullshit.

Last week I said I was conflicted about Charles Widmore's intentions, but obviously the guy still hates Desmond if he's going to kidnap him and bring him to the island for some unknown reason.

I think he has a reason and I don't believe it is because he hates Desmond. I think he realized Desmond's importance and his cog in this whole thing.

Yeah I'm wondering if that's the real reason he didn't want him getting involved with his daughter, not just because he thought Desmond was a bum.

This isn't really worthy of spoiler tags, but I know some people love to freak out about the littlest things...

It's interesting, but I still don't get where it goes considering Faraday was killed. If he was still hopping around in time, I'd buy it, hook, line and sinker.
However it treads on that "It's all a dream" fine line a little too closely. Rereading it reminded me of the movie
Speaking of, nearly every character that has died on the show turned up later in some capacity, which is not true of Faraday. Even bit players like Keamy, Charlotte, Yemi and Patchy made postmortem returns on the show. That definitely leads credence to the theory that Faraday is somehow outside of the world that everyone else inhabits.
