I'm so freaking happy Desmond is back. I hope that him being the Constant ties the timelines together and the answers start rolling in. Mikhail getting shot in the timeline, and us seeing him in Season 3 with that same wound obviously means something.

Three major clues in this episode:

A: Widmore has Desmond and calls him "The Package".

B: Widmore's team is looking for a specific electromagnetic pocket on the island.

C: Zoe is a geophysicist.

IMO, this is all going back to Desmond turning that key and becoming "Special". Don't ask me how he is special.
