When Saul's clean up guy showed up at Walt's house I really thought the cousins were going to off him by mistaking him for Walt.

My taxes alone are almost $7K, but that's because of Melo Roos, which doubles property taxes for a lot of newer neighborhoods - Jesse's neighborhood would not have MR tax.

Well the realtor in season 1 was telling potential buyers, that "you are buying for location".......taxes might be higher than you think since it is probably in a nice area.

Great episode as usual, I love how they keep those little nuances of character development that most shows leave out, like Walt stopping to clean the band aid out of the pool, showing his usual nit picky, control freak ways or him needing to do that just to try to control something small as the rest of his life is falling apart.
Love Saul and evey scene he is in and I still chuckle everytime I think of his name Saul Goodman and the "it's all good man" tie in.

I know this is an old thread bump to nit-pick a plot detail, but the parents did not swindle him out of the house. Ownership of the house belonged to Jesse's parents. The aunt gave Jesse resident rights. Once the parents found out that their son was cooking meth in the basement, and that the house could therefore potentially be seized by the government, they had no choice but to remove that risk/threat by evicting Jesse to protect that investment. Makes perfect sense and is not unreasonable of them to do, imo.
