So I just realized something. If next week is the second-to-last episode, does that mean the finale is on sunday the 23rd?! Thats the same night as the Lost series finale! is nbc really gonna put this show against Lost?!

Does Lost have Selita Ebanks and Sinbad, to say nothing of Eric Trump? I think not! The really question is whether ABC is crazy enough to post the Lost finale up against the Celebrity Apprentice!

Sharon's the biggest "star" on the show. Holly raises money "for a living". If we know Sharon is going to be in the finale, and I think we can all agree on that, there is only one other compelling person for her to go up against. Bret can't run a challenge on his own and the general public doesn't have any idea who Maria and Curtis are, much less do any of those 3 create any sort of drama in a final with Sharon.

Holly is one of the most unpleasant women this side of Jump St.

She's not even entertaining to watch.

I've been watching off an on and thought it was being scripted to a Sharon/Brett finale, but after last night it does now seem like a Sharon/Holly finale.

With 5 people left, expect Sharon and Holly on different teams so Trump can weed out the remainders with some half-ass excuse if needed...

At this point unless Maria and Curtis are PM's, they shouldn't even bother trying. If Trump is smart he'll dictate the PM's and avoid Holly and Sharon doing it so he can go with the "you were the PM, you lost, you're fired" routine to weed out the others. This way he won't have to make up yet another ridiculously transparent excuse.

No need for all that. The preview gave away how Trump is getting rid of the rest. I probably won't watch much of the first hour b/c Joan Rivers is helping "make the decision". If the two finalists have to host a party I hope one of them pisses off the party planner so badly that they quit the show and then populates their event with drag queens dressed as celebrities just to see if Donald is consistent.

I came into this not being much of a fan of Bret (my opinion of him has improved), but he's the only multi-time undefeated project manager on the show. And it wasn't close either time. For Trump to pretend Holly is some super-star project manager and deserves the finale would just be factually incorrect. But he'll do whatever he wants.

I'm not sure why I'm seeing more hate for Holly then Sharon? At least Holly showed up for every competition, Sharon took 3 weeks off yet I don't even think she's been threatened to be fired.

and for some reason when michael johnson left and told trump he would tell him if he would be back when he landed in LA. trump told him no if he leaves he is done.

I think every person who watches the show just assumed Sharon would be in the finals no matter what; I've seen nothing on the show to indicate that isn't going to happen. It's not a question of "hate" or deserve.

I think Bret has earned his way to the second spot. I also think Maria has earned her spot, but since there is zero chance that she gets it I'm not going to worry about what I can't change.

What has Maria done? Looking at the show like it's a real competition and not fixed to me it appears like it should be Bret and maybe Curtis although I'm having a hard time remembering him for anything spectacular.

She won her project manager challenge in a walk, and has been a key contributor in every other challenge (she's a BIG reason they won the exercise portion of that challenge...she prepped the country music girl for her interview...a big reason why they won that challenge. etc..). She hasn't often been on the losing team, and I don't think that's an accident either. There really isn't anyone else there who has the same credentials. Holly is 1-2, and Sharon didn't really show up until episode 6.

Curtis is 1-0, but it was a close victory, and his teams have frequently lost. You don't remember Curtis doing all that much b/c he really hasn't done all that much. He's been solid, but nothing better than that.

I think Trump was pissed that Michael wouldn't give him a reason why, he just said it was personal, and Trump was offended at being told essentially it was none of his business...

No, not at all. I've been saying Sharon vs whoever from the get go.

I originally thought they were building towards Sharon vs Cyndi...glad I was wrong about that. Its too bad I wont be able to see the finale next week until later because Im gonna be watching Lost. Oh well..

Perhaps she should have called Curtis a "whore pit viper" and then said he was worse that Hitler. And then ranted about it for weeks and weeks. That's the kind of proper board room etiquette that Trump really responds to. I love that Maria thanked Ivanka and then shunned him. It loses some of it's power though when you come back later in the episode.

Surprised Sharon was fired, but I wonder if she didn't "fire" herself. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if that was actually the case.

Hard to see Bret losing next week. Can Trump really fire him now? I mean, really? Yeah...Bret's winning.
