This IS really early for non-elimination. Outside of special circumstances like bmoney1023 described, I think you'd have to go back to the very earliest seasons to find a regular non-elimination leg that happened before there were only 6 teams left.

It makes me really suspect the producers on this one, but I do like Jeff and Jordan, so I can't complain too much.

I was really curious about this leg of the race. When they arrived at the bar, it said they had to share a boot of beer. Could they have shared it with other patrons in the bar? I'm just curious if a team who did not drink for personal or religious reasons (or health and safety reasons to avoid alcohol poisoning since that boot was huge!) would have a legitimate case with the ACLU.

What about people with no feet. They can hardly be expected to do all the running they have in this show. I hope the ACLU goes after them soon. This show is so unfair. And yes just holding that much alcohol could be dangerous to your health, forget about drinking such a huge amount.
