I think they showed Wonderfalls because the sister of the main character was a lesbian, so Buffy just for Willow and her lovers makes sense to me.

Was it a good series and people in general enjoy it? Seems reason enough to me.

MTV's been running Halloween: Resurrection and Candyman every weekend for the past month. When it comes to cable programming, anything goes these days.

Or the first few seasons of Smallville. I remember an article that viewed the Clark/Lex dynamic as an allegory for the first inclinings of a gay romance.

Q: Why is Bravo running episodes of House? ...when House reruns are already available on USA and FOX.
A: Because House is a a popular show that Bravo hopes will draw viewers to the channel.
BUFFY reruns have been off cable for years. I don't know why.
It's a good show with a lot of episodes. It has a loyal fan following, and it has enough cultural cache to draw curious new viewers.
The Willow/Tara relationship is LOGO's justification for showing on the channel, but the reason they are showing it is because they hope it will draw viewers to the channel.
I wonder how many people like me, who never watched LOGO, visited the channel for the first time when they spotted BUFFY in the listings?

What should LOGO be airing if not Buffy? I think that's the more interesting question, and I'm serious in asking it. I haven't paid much attention to them other than Buffy and before that Wonderfalls.

What does Ryan Murphy have to do with Giles being gay? Going after Popular, Glee, or Nip/Tuck on this basis I could see. Giles being gay? Not following how Ryan Murphy figures in that.

Didn't Giles have a GF in season 2 or 3?
