Without reading the article I can only assume the place either "accidentally" burned down or they found the bodies.

Amy's Baking Company, the Scottsdale, Ariz., restaurant that was made famous in a 2013 episode of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, is closing, and now there are more details on the shutter, per the Phoenix Business Journal. Wife-and-husband owners Amy and Samy Bouzaglo told the PBJ they are selling the restaurant to start a whole sale dessert business, and they've been embroiled in a dispute with a former landlord over some sort of mysterious odors at the restaurant.
The Bouzaglos claim the odors forced them to close their restaurant on multiple occasions, costing "as much as $300,000" in revenue. City of Scottsdale officials and private contractors reportedly haven't been able to determine the cause of the odors.
Following the Amy's Baking Company episode of Kitchen Nightmares, reaction on social media was predictably negative. The restaurant owners lashed out in a bizarre Facebook meltdown, though they later claimed their account was hacked. However, recent tweets directed at an Eater editor who reported on the restaurant's impending shutter indicate the Bouzaglos have a penchant for getting nasty on the Internet.

The restaurant was standard upper-scale fare. Nice place. I didn't have it in me to troll Amy or Samy. Not much to say.

Believe it or not, there's finally going to be an "All-Star" season of "Hell's Kitchen". The contestants will all be 3rd-6th place finishers from various seasons. I'm sure they've all been working in the food industry all this time and have finally gotten down what it takes to cook a scallop and not burn the risotto. I expect this season to be a refreshing change...
yep.
