The Golf Channel sketch was pretty good.

The Digital Short was great as usual.

MacGruber and Patterson are always solid.

I don't understand the decision to have Barkley as host. Usually when SNL has an athlete host, it's someone currently active who has had recent success, like Michael Phelps after the Olympics or Brady/Manning just after a Super Bowl win.

Does Barkley have a book or something coming out? It just seems odd for them to bring in a long-retired athlete like this.

I've definitely heard of Alicia Keys... but I don't think I've heard any of her songs (unless I've heard it and didn't know it was her). I'm not sure I could pick her out of a police line-up either.

To me, Alicia Keyes' biggest commercial hit was "No One" which I think was tied to some Target commercial last year.

MacGruber was pretty funny. 'Carville' on weekend update was hilarious = Jersey Shore = The McLaughlin Group for New Jersey. The rest sucked.
